We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and strengthening the minds of blind and visually impaired individuals through the use of Martial Arts.
While taking these classes, you will learn how to mentally strengthen your mind using our martial arts techniques. You will learn how to utilize your other senses with control and discipline in order to protect yourself and your family. Here are some of the techniques we teach:
"I’m 49 years old , visually impaired and I’ve lived in Georgia for 7 years. I’ve always been interested in martial arts and was excited that I can still do this as a visually impaired individual. The one thing I love about going to the classes is they allow you to learn at your own pace. We not only learn proper martial arts techniques, but also how to do mental discipline and meditation. I would love to welcome anyone to join our growing family."
"It means everything to me to come to class every week, so that way I can have the confidence level to be able to get out there on my own. That is one thing that I will say that I have learned about going to Quest Vision. I was able to gain more confidence than I have ever had before. I am more than comfortable going places on my own, and I do not have to worry about anyone coming at me a certain way. I recommend anyone who would want to join our class, it is more than worth it! From a blind person‘s perspective. Thank you!"
