About Us
Quest Vision is a non-profit organization created to strengthen the minds of blind and visually impaired individuals through the practice of martial arts techniques. We are committed to teaching self defense and survival skills that will allow blind and visually impaired individuals to defend themselves in threatening situations. Through the method of blindfolding, our members are trained to enhance other senses, such as hearing and touch. This will help them to grasp an understanding of someone else's world along with instilling confidence and discipline within oneself.
Quest Vision started merely as a discussion amongst two men Scean Atkinson (President) and Harold Credle (Instructor) in 2020. Now, Quest Vision continues to expand and broaden its reach to communities to ensure blind and visually impaired individuals receive the knowledge and skills necessary to protect themselves.
We are partnered with Rockdale Art Farm and Results Central. Together, we strive to make our communities a better place.
